Weather-wise, it is more water-resistant than leather and maintains its flexibility at any temperature. Protection has certainly not been compromised in the Adventure 2 boots. They are CE-certified and feature loads of the support and safety elements you would expect from Sidi boots. The PU shin plate protects your shin from impacts from debris or low branches, while the plastic support on the ankle and the Flex System limit the chance of ankle injuries.
