All bores and millings are milled on the most modern 5-axis CNC machining centers, so that the rear fender only has to be exchanged for the original rear fender. The struts have to be shortened. After assembly, the spring deflection must be checked. If necessary, the spring travel must be limited accordingly with a spring travel limiter. The fender can only be used in conjunction with a very short single seat bench (single seat not possible from Sportster 2016).
